We all know that the annual ALI-CLE Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation Conference is 2.5+ days of the best national CLE programming on the stated subject. Get a cycle’s worth of CLE credits, including Ethics, taught by experienced practitioners and legal scholars, across three separate tracks (from which you can choose a la carte).
The upcoming 43d Conference in Savannah, Georgia (January 21-25, 2026), is no different. Check out the agenda and faculty list, and reserve your spot here.
Those of you who have attended a Conference also know that there’s more than just classroom time, and that networking and social gatherings, both scheduled and ad hoc, are an integral part of the event. Here’s what’s on that agenda for Savannah:
- January 21 (5 PM): Welcome Back Reception (JW Marriott)
- January 22 (AM): Coffee Walk: Join fellow practitioners on a .4 mile walk to The Coffee Fox, an award-winning craft coffee shop based out of Savannah.
- January 22 (5 PM): Networking Reception (JW Marriott) followed by Dutch Treat Dinners (Sign-up at the Hospitality table outside the conference meeting room)
- January 23 (PM): Savannah Haunted Pub Crawl. Join your colleagues on a pub crawl showcasing the history of our host city. You’ll hear about the ghosts of the slave trade, a voodoo priestess, and the history of Colonial Park Cemetery. The cost for this event is $29.99/person. Since this is a Pub Crawl, everyone needs to be 21 years of age. Please email Laura Smith ls@holleylaw.com by December 23, 2025 to sign up and get more info.
Precise details, such as meetup locations and times, will be provided as we get closer to the event. We are excited for the upcoming conference, and look forward to learning, connecting, and growing together. Thanks to our Hospitality Committee for putting these together.
See you soon.
