Property rights and dirt law really float your boat? Want to be colleagues with the lawyers who won landmark property rights cases like Knick, Sheetz, Pakdel, Nollan, Cedar Point, Tyler, Shear, and others? See yourself as a guardian of the “guardian of every other right?”
Well, here’s a rare chance to join our firm’s Property Rights group, where I can safely say that the most successful property rights courtroom advocates in the nation practice our unique brand of public interest law.
Here’s the posting describing the qualifications and the position (we’re looking for early-career lawyers with some — but not necessarily a lot of — courtroom experience):
You will be a courtroom lawyer in PLF’s Property Rights Practice Group, working alongside a dedicated team to find and litigate cases. We take our cases to state and federal courts at every level. From Nollan to Koontz to Knick to Wilkins, Cedar Point Nursery, and Tyler, PLF’s property rights litigation is unparalleled. You will help find and win the next important property rights case, with the goal of becoming recognized as a nationwide leader in property rights litigation. You will also occasionally have opportunities to speak at conferences or with the media about your cases or important property rights issues.
Check it out, review the qualifications, and if you fit the bill please apply.
