The State and Local Government Law Section is a diverse mix, and includes private practitioners, government lawyers, judges, and law professors. The subject matter covered in the Section is wide, and includes Land Use, Condemnation (my Committee), Public Finance, Homeland Security, Environmental, Education, First Amendment, and others.
