Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation, which I co-chair, addresses those areas where new developments in the law and procedure have and will reshape the practice. Condemnation 101: Making the Complex Simple in Eminent Domain provides an excellent introduction (or refresher) to basic concepts and techniques of preparing and presenting an eminent domain case. This course of study aims at equipping registrants with a broad overview of eminent domain and providing essential practice tips from some of the most experienced eminent domain lawyers across the country. This tutorial course is designed to accelerate the learning curve process and touch upon strategies and techniques that work best to win condemnation cases.
