i bought some land and fence has been there for many yrs, is the area where the fance has been become part of the servey land, even if i just bought it ? the next door guy is takeing out the fence thinking that its has land, but the fence has been there for 20 yrs, i am a new buyer of this land dose the area of the fenced area become mine ?
