AMENDED OPINION OF THE COURT BY MOON, C.J.
On June 19, 2007, receiver-appellee/cross-appellee Patricia Kim Park [hereinafter, the Receiver of Receiver Park] timely filed a request for reimbursement of fees and costs incurred by her and her retained professionals on appeal in this foreclosure/receivership case.
